1.  Your booking will be confirmed only upon recipient of signed booking form and a NON-REFUNDABLE deposits to be paid as per your function. This must be received within 7 days of the provisional booking, otherwise the provisional booking is deemed void.

2.  Cheque should be made payable to Stevenage Borough F.C Broadhall Way SG2 8RH. We also accept cash/or credit card.

3.  Any outstanding balance must be paid in full no later than one month before the event.

4.  NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances. Tickets cancelled less than one month before events are payable in full.

5.  Stevenage Borough reserves the right to refuse admission.

Stevenage Borough does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to guests' property howsoever caused.

In the event of any night having insufficient numbers Stevenage Borough reserves the right to cancel an event, in which case an alternate date or full refund of money will be offered.

Stevenage Borough does not accept liability for non completion of an event due to strikes, fire, riots, adverse weather or any other cause beyond our control.

We the Company reserve the right to amend the prices without previous notification.
